WAHRHEIT & VERNUNFT stands firmly for the proclamation and defense of the gospel, God’s message of redemption communicated throughout his written Word.
Staying Faithful
Relying on and trusting God, we seek to be faithful stewards of the gifts God gave us in producing literature that is faithful to his infallible and inerrant Word and the dogmas and doctrines taught within it. Our chief aim is to ensure that our Lord Jesus Christ is presented as the only means of hope in obtaining forgiveness of sin, living a life worthy of our calling, and awaiting his return.
Reaching Out
Christ’s last command requires us to reach out to our world with his gospel and to make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20). Therefore, Wahrheit & Vernunft seeks to help fulfill that by publishing books that point people toward Jesus the Christ and help them develop a Christ-like maturity (1 Corinthians 2:6-16).
Proclaiming Christ and Him Crucified
With these objectives in mind, we have nine imprints to carry out the gospel message. Each imprint aims to equip readers at different levels of their Christian journey.
The Bondservant Press is our Christian ministries imprint.
The Children of the KING imprint is reserved for those works that convey the gospel message to kids.
The Cloud of Witnesses is our imprint to bring back faithful witnesses of yesteryear in the public domain.
The אֶהְיֶה (“I AM”) imprint is reserved for works on biblical exposition, as this imprint captures the name God gave Moses at the burning bush (Exodus 3:14) and the realization that God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29).
LION of TRUTH is our imprint conveying the gospel message on the cookie jar level for teens and adults.
The Soφia EFFECT is our academic imprint for more thoughtful and thought-provoking interests.
The TARSUS Cry is our Christian fiction imprint, which strives to carry on the storytelling tradition of the likes of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien.
The Unmasking FOLLY imprint is reserved for those works dealing with apologetics and worldview issues.
The WAHRHEIT & VERNUNFT imprint is set aside for unique projects.
